Riding Discipline: 24hr solo nut, enduro racer, just get on a two niner (fat or skinnie) and ride!

Favorite riding spots: 29er Locally- the Uies. Overseas- Rotorua, Taupo and Jasper, what sweet flowing singletrack bliss. 29er skinnie- the Nongs.

Short / Long term goals: to increase strength/ speed after a crap 2010 where kept going 2 steps fwd 3 steps back.
Xcited about getting on-board the REVOLUTION and racing as part of DC’s supported team. Targeting some stage races like “the Terra” and “the Croc Trophy” and our state enduro series.

Favorite bike: Specialized EPIC 29er, the best rear suspension platform i have ever ridden, and love the big wheels! twoniner skinnie- Specialized Roubaix, so stable/ comfortable to ride all day.

Years riding/ racing: 18. started with bay in a day, then road racing with footscray cc, mtbing last 10 years.

Serious injuries: 1st time off road yr 2000 (trying to ride to fitness not skill level) ended up unconscious, came to at dandenong emergency. mild brain injury, 1 week in hospital and 2 mths off work, Doh. Lesson No1 ride to Your Own skill level.

Greatest Achievements: influencing people to take up and enjoy cycling. riding to my best at 24hr WSC 07/08/10 in my age group. Winning Mt Gambier 100mile in 2008.

Worst Race Experience: this years 24hr WSC in Canberra. I crashed over the bars heavily 3 times before 7pm. Doh Doh DOH. For 17 hours i needed help to get on and off the bike as cracked ribs, sprained wrist and op thumb, badly cut hand made it much damm harder than normal.

Favorite Race Food: TORQ it up! this stuff is really really good. the last 4 24hr races solely on Torq fuel and no cramps or stomach issues.
