Forrest has become one of Victoria’s mountain bike hubs in recent years and there are more than enough trails available to make a weekend of it. There are two trailheads in Forrest and if you head for the Yaugher Trailhead (north of the town) you will find Mariner’s Run, which is definitely one of the premium trails. Mariner’s includes some of the nicest berms you will find and can be ridden at warp speed if that’s your style – though you will still have fun just taking it easy.
